Meet Our Staff
The administration, teachers and staff of BBCA are all born-again believers. Most of all, staff members see their occupation as a ministry to young people. The staff seeks to make a positive impact for Christ as they encounter students during the school day, at school activities and in their various local churches and community.
All full-time staff members are required to have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university. Many teachers hold advanced college degrees and are certified by various state and national educational associations.
A definite strength of the BBCA program is small class sizes. This allows the teachers to go beyond basic education and encourage students in areas of special interest and to influence the students spiritually, socially and emotionally.

School Board Chairman
Mr. Leo has been involved with Bethel Baptist Christian Academy since 1995 when he and his family moved here from Florida. He and his wife were looking for a good Christian School to send their children to and this was one of the main reasons for also joining Bethel Baptist Church at the time. Both of their children graduated from the Academy and both went onto college.
Mr. Leo has been involved with the School Committee for the last 15 years and has been the Chairman for the past three. The School Committee's goal for the Academy is to continue to train children in Biblical Foundations while providing excellence in Academic Education. They seek to share the love and grace of Christ while also seeking to honor Him in all we do.
